3 things about Kelantan.....

Assalamualaikum...

What's the thing that cross your mind when you hear about Kelantan? For me, 3 things that crossed my mind when I thought about Kelantan are :

1- Batik

Yup, batik would be the first thing that crossed my mind what I thought about Kelantan. Sincerely, since from my first step in Kelantan when I was in Form 2 (14 years old) during my uncle's engagement, I was intended to paint batik  by my own self. I had to wait up until 8 years before my dream become achievable. I did it when my IPG organised a festival called "Festival Seni, Muzik dan Kokurikulum" and there was an agency that allows us to do batik painting with your own creativity. They will provide all the equipment like a canvas with variety of designs and the paints. And everything was for free plus you can take home your batik too. Isn't that cool? Seriously damn cool!

green...just like my baju kurung... =)

nah...my batik...tak cantik mana pun but okay la... =)

I hang it there but accidently it flip over....terbalik la pulak....

2 - Pasar Siti Khadijah

Pasar Siti Khadijah, the symbol of Kelantan which is the best place for shopping! from kaftan, veil, batik, pelikat, dodol, serunding, keropok to the cooking utensils, you can shop here with the cheapest price. This is the place where people must come when they visit to Kelantan.

3 - Tok Guru... (these is human not things)

It is undeniable that Tok Guru Nik Aziz Nik Mat is the things that would crossed your mind when you thought of Kelantan. Tok Guru and Kelantan are totally inseparable. I met him once during terawih prayers at stadium in Kota Bharu.
